Apple Pay at Table Service Restaurants at WDW

The most recent article I could find did not verify that Apple Pay could be used at Table Service only Quick Service and most shopping. Anyone there now and can add information or used Apple Pay on a recent trip at Table Service restaurants or could verify where Apple Pay definitely cannot be used at WDW? TIA

I was wondering this. I remember one year I used my Discover at different TS restaurants throughout Disney because there was a quarterly 5% discount for restaurants. After I got home and saw the bill only about half of the restaurants qualified. I have to say that I called and Discover did honor the 5% and gave me the rewards for all. No idea what they will do about this promotion though. I was also wondering if we charged everything through our magic band and then before we check out go and pay with Apple Pay at the resort will it work there???

I called OKW yesterday to find out if the resort accepts ApplePay. The woman sounded confused, like she had no idea what ApplePay was, and eventually said no. So, I called the number for resort questions that don't involve making a reservation and was told that yes the resorts do accept ApplePay. After one yes and one no I figured I should call again so I called the resort questions number again last night and got another yes! I'll probably call a few more times before our trip but so far 2 yes and 1 no is giving me hope!

Disney and Apple have a very good relationship so I'd be surprised if they don't already have it up and running everywhere. I hope someone can post there experiences of being able to use it at a table service. I'm not going until next May but using Apple Pay on my watch for our table service meals would be super convenient, maybe a little too convenient

I am not the most technological savvy person, but I do want to get the extra 10% discount, so I will be trying to use it wherever I can on our trip! I actually never even looked into apple pay until I heard about this promotion.

Problem is, I do not have a discover card.
