I just got off the phone with Jacqueline trying to add an additional day to our upcoming resort stay and I wanted to know if there is anything other than the survey at the end we can do to show our appreciation to a great cm. She was very bubbly and energetic, very knowledgeable, made lots of suggestions, and did everything she could to try and help us out. We weren't able to add another day due to availability, but Jacqueline was still really great.
I know in the parks you can get applause-o-grams at Guest Services for CM's you encounter there, but is there anything special you can do for those CM's that you never see in person?
