Appetizers/soups??

I know that the appetizers are no longer on the DDP .

When I look at the menu`s of the restaurans I see appetizers/starters.
Then comes the part with the soups and salades.

Now I wonder if these soups and salades are also seen as appetizers ore do they go with the DDP plan ?

Second question.
Is this the same one the DDDP ?

soup or salad is typically considered an appetizer. For the 2008 ddp you will have to pay OOP if you want soup or salad, or any other appetizer item. For the 2008 deluxe DDP you can pick soup, salad, or another starter (like shrimp cocktail) to count as the appetizer portion of the meal.
