When I'm in a hurry, I buy premade minature quiches and bake them. I also get out the salsa and chips or make guacamole. Nachos are so easy too. Open a can of refrieds, dollop them over a plate if chips-add lots of shredded cheese-nuke for about 1.5 mins then add dollops of salsa and avacado and drained corn. Wunderba! OR-same can of refrieds into a bowl, cover with shredded cheese and nuke. Great dip! Were you thinking something more sophisticated?
Popcorn with raisins and nuts? How about hummus with pita?
Its actually going to be a poker night (first time we've ever done one) so anything works. I was just looking for something a little different than potato chips.
Pre made filo dough cups - (in frozen section) Lay out on a baking sheet - cut up some chunks of brie - put a dollop of seedless red raspberry jelly on each piece - and bake in the oven at 350º until the cheese melts
This is so good and easy. I try to keep rye bread around in case we have company.
Take rye bread and cut in bite size pieces. Mix 1/4c onion, 1/4c parmesan cheese and 1/2 c real mayo to make paste. Place dolip on each rye square. Broil til crisp.

A big hit for us is the layered bean dip or taco dip which ever you prefer to call it. A layer of refried beans, guacamole (or not), salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, black olives, and a bag of tostitos.
you gotta have the famous crock pot meatballs. Bag of frozen meatballs (homestyle), cup of jelly, cup of BBQ sauce. Put in crock pot high for 5 hours. They are incredible.
People go nuts over this and it's so easy to make.
Spread one 8 oz pkg cream cheese in a glass pie plate. Pour a small bottle of shrimp sauce (Hoffman's brand I think) over cream cheese. Drain and rinse one or two cans of tiny shrimp and sprinkle them over. Serve with crackers.

Here is another easy one that people wolf down at my house
1 cup of Mayo
1/2cup Parm cheese(I use more)
1 large can drained artichoke hearts quartered
Mix it all up put in a baking dish and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until all bubbly and brown serve with bread slices or crackers(I do the bread bowl with bread cubes- and there is never any left)
Chili dip. Take a block of cream cheese and spread it in an 8x8 microwaveable dish. Pour a can of Hormel chili on top(I use no beans) then spread an 8 oz bag of shredded cheese-mexican mix, plain cheddar-whatever you like, Cover with saran wrap and nuke for about 5-6 minutes. Serve with tostitos scoops
Variation on a theme.... take the cream cheese, spread on plate and cover with the cocktail sauce as above but instead of tiny shrimp use flaked crab. I usually use the imitation crab you find in the cooler case, but my neighbor uses the canned kind. How about pretzels with a few good mustards to dip in?
Ok, at christmas time I got this off of the creative board, it was such a hit at our christmas party, all was ate and more was requested
So simple : cocktail weiners and cresant rolls ( pigs in a blanket ).
Take the cocktail weiners and wrap them in cresant roll ( cut the cresant rolls up to fit ). Bake until brown...serve with mustard on the side...yummy !

To jazz it up a bit, instead of the cup of mayo, I add a container of store bought spinach dip, a handful of grated mozzerella cheese and about 1/4 cup of milk and serve it with crusty sliced french baquette.
