I really want (and need) to take off 50-60 lbs...but I need help getting started. Have any of you found anything that helps "fill" you up or suppresses appetite? One of my biggest food issues is portion control. I know what amount I should eat, but I don't feel full or satisfied (or worry that I won't feel full or satisfied with a small serving) and usually have a piled high plate or have seconds (and pick at what's left in the bowls too,
