If I am under someone else's reservation and I add their reservation number to my account, will that screw anything up? For exam ppl le My mom has the reservation under her name. If I add her reservation while logged into my account how will that work?

Updated app makes it SO much easier to stalk for an open port adventure (or any activity, for that matter) than using the website.

I just wish you could make the countdown the full screen. Kids can sit watching that thing for hours, yelling out the characters that appear (yes, they are very easily entertained). With 3 of them watching, the new smaller countdown is thus a negative.

Looks like you have to be logged in to just see countdown. Bummer..the disney nav downdown screen..one push..brought me to my happy place, when ever I needed it. Very often as the days get closer (21) but who's counting

While I’m glad they added some much-needed functionality, I’m not happy that you need to log in just to see the countdown clock. I’m hoping you don’t need an account to fully use the app onboard?

I agree, I like the functionality of the app but we are going a few days prior to the cruise for some resort time and had our countdown set to that date rather than the cruise departure date. Now that’s no longer an option as it automatically sets it.

We have three families going on our next cruise and our reservations are linked. I can see all three of the reservations on the app when I log in.

This! Plus, I dislike that I have to type in my password, click on the sailing, and then finally see the countdown, as opposed to the "one click" of the previous app.

Hmmmm, my app is on my Ipad but I don't have an update. Is this only for certain devices? I also don't see where you need to log in but then again I don't have an update so that's probably why.

I have an older iPad (3rd Generation) that doesn't support a lot of updates. So I have the older app with the suitcase countdown on the iPad and the latest app on my cell phone.

I have Touch ID enabled so I can just use my fingerprint and it’s still annoying to have to do it every time I open the app. I really hope they change this for future updates, and also make it possible for people without accounts to use the countdown as before (like for kids with a device but no Disney account).

They probably instituted the password requirement to lighten the load on the app servers. You know, now that you can link it to the booking database...

They should find a way to allow saving the password (or log you in for a number of days or weeks like some other cruise apps do.). I suspect it might be a security issue at the moment. Fingerprint scanning does work.

I like the update. It's actually useful now!

Thanks for posting! I'm happy to see an update with added functionality!! Like others have mentioned, it's a bummer about the countdown clock. We usually make our own, however, so minor issue for us

The latest DCL app update requires iOS 11 or newer.

Fingerprint scanning does work.

Even with TouchID, it takes 2 taps to log in. An option to stay logged in would be good, or just auto login with TouchID when the app opens.
