App to manage multiple trips/contracts

Has anyone found a good app or program in order to keep track of multiple trips/contracts and do some scenario analysis about potential point use? I have made a few spreadsheets but there are so many permutations on what we might do (with/without my brother, do we add an extra studio for my sister, my daughter now wants to add an extra trip, multiple UY for our BC points, and how will that impact my family's trips that we KNOW are happening) that I'm having trouble keeping track of all of the possibilities over the next 5 years and, more importantly, how we will allocate points for all of them.

It feels like I need an optimizer at this point.

Spreadsheets for me. I kinda wish something might exist like you're looking for here, but not sure it would do any more for us than a spreadsheet. There are just too many unknowns - like the time of year you decide to go, weeknight/weekend, and the fact that the points are only actually known less than 2 years out. But maybe someone really smart has put something together that stores all the official point charts and let's you play around with many, many scenarios! And the multiple UY's throws in a completely different dynamic! Good luck!

For point charts I just assume the 2023 one will hold. It isn't perfect, but at least it's a start. I can usually figure out time of year, weekdays vs. weekends, and where we might want to stay. But it would be nice to say something like "if I were to add an extra trip in September 2023, what does that mean for January 2025 assuming we do X, Y, and Z in 2024? If I pay for this trip out of Feb UY points, can I borrow enough from Dec to make it all work?"
