Looking for some advice on a problem I started having with the Disneyland app yesterday:

Currently, if I try to login (or load My Plans, access a queue, etc) I get a spinning wheel that never resolves itself. Tried reloading the app to no avail.

Have a trip planned for Monday and am worried I won't be able to use the app for anything but checking wait times (no virtual queue or mobile ordering).

Tried calling the help line & am getting a message that they're still closed (even though they shouldn't be) & to call back during business hours.

Sent an email yesterday & got an automated reply saying it could take up to five business days for a response.

The chat feature isn't available to me on the app because you have to login to access it (which I obvious can't do).

Anything else I can try or am I just out of luck for now?
 
Yes, I tried that several times. No luck.
Double checked the app settings to make sure I had granted all permissions.

Also made sure my OS is updated to latest version.
 
Few steps I would try first, is the following...

1) Open your iPhone's settings
2) Scroll until you see the Disneyland app and then tap to open it
3) Look for the "Clear cache" option.

Once the Disneyland app cache is cleared, then try to uninstall it and reinstall the app. (if you try to do this without clearing the cache, the cache at times still stays on your iPhone and the app will continue to use the old cache after the reinstall).

If this didn't fix it, only other option is to do a system restore from hopefully a recent backup that you have on the iCloud to a time where the Disneyland app was working. You can wait for an hour for the help line but pretty sure they will give you similar comments.

Personally, I'd go to my Disneyland website on my computer and print out park tickets and any other reservations you have as backup. Is this a solo trip or are you going with a group? Maybe add your reservation to someone else's phone in your group, so that they can get you virtual que access for RotR and Webslingers, along with doing mobile ordering. I can only give advice from my Apple iOS when this has happened on the app for me. Settings, Safari, “clear history and website data”. Then log back into app.
 
I just noticed that my reservations for the next three Sundays don’t show up in the app (although my ticket does). I’m on the DL website and requested that the QR codes be resent. I’ve also printed my QR for Sunday, just in case.
 
Sometime I’m able to just restart my phone, and that resolves app problems.
