App for tracking kids' Disney spending

Any suggestions for an app that tracks travel expenses? I specifically want to use it to track our 3 kids spending at Disney. They saved their money for souvenirs but we don't want to carry a bunch of cash with us if possible.

I'm still researching but I thought it would be beneficial to ask in case anyone has already found something that works. Thanks!

Put the money on a Disney gift card for each of them. You can check the balance when you make a purchase, or upload them into disneygiftcard.com and it will show you the balance.

Good suggestion but I don't want to lock their money into Disney Gift Cards. I want them to have the ability to have leftover money if they don't see anything they want.

I'd just go the Disney gift card route. If they have anything left over, when we got home I'd pay out the balance on the card(s) to the kids, take the cards and use them myself later. Can always find a use for them. Either merchandise from the Disney Store or as part of the next trip.

We just give our son charging privileges on his Magic Band and he gives us any cash he is planning on spending before we leave for our trip. You can get a print out from WDW that shows the person who made each purchase. At the end of the trip if he didn't spend all the money he was planning to spend we give the balance back to him. We did something similar when our son brought two friends for a weekend at WDW. We didn't want them to have to carry around cash so we had all three teenage boys under our account. At the end of the trip we got a print out of all the spending and then each boy reimbursed us for what they spent when we got home.

This also works well because our teenage son can go off on his own at WDW but is able to purchase food and drinks that we would have paid for anyway.
