API on charter flight (First Choice)?

I'm familiar with filling in the Advance Passenger Information online for both BA and Virgin flights, but our flight next month is with First Choice - is it possible / required to complete the information in advance, or is it done at check-in with them?

When we have flown with them it has been done while you wait to check in.
