Any discount on actual purchase of the APH? Should I just purchase directly from the Universal Website? Thanks.

If you purchase the 7 day park-to-park, can you upgrade to an AP later if you see that AP rates for the hotels are available for your dates?

You can upgrade any normal park ticket to an AP and be credited what you paid for the park ticket towards the cost of the AP.
