APH Power Pass and blockout Dates on Mardi Gras events

I read on another site that Universal allows guests with Power Passes to enter Universal Studios Florida after 5:00pm even if the date is blocked out.

I haven't been able to confirm this anywhere's else. One of our nights at Universal's falls on a blockout day. We are ok with that as we had plans to do other things but Shawn Mendes is playing at Universal that night and my kids want to see him sight on this?

Any insight on this?

I haven't heard that. Occasionally, they will lift the blockout date when crowds aren't as high as they expect.
