Apartment hunting

Hi Everyone,

If this is on the wrong page please let me know. My daughter is looking into going to UCF for her Masters degree. We are going to go down and look for an apartment for her and a friend that would be moving down there. She wants to apply for positions at Disney while in school. So the idea is that she would get an apartment 1/2 between UCF and Disney. I have no idea what areas are safe and where we should look. Any suggestions of where to look and where to stay away from?
