Apartemnt Rental Celebration

My family is planning a move in a year to Disney and I wanted to know if anyone knows where the cheapest place to rent in celebration is? I would like a 3 BR (I have two girls).

There are no apartments, per se, in Celebration as they've all been converted (yeah, what else is new?).

You will find a good many condos and single family homes for rent however. A 3 brm will run you about 1600 to 2300.
