I bought AP's for my family inMay and thought I'd receive a newsletter by now. If I should have and didn't, who do I contact to find out why I didn't get one?

Did you buy an AP or an AP voucher?

The newsletters only come out a few times/year.

Have you activated them or do you still have the vouchers? I don't think you get the newsletter until after they are activated, and I heard it takes about 3 months to get it then, so maybe it is coming soon.

Sometimes it takes a few months for folks to get their first newsletter, sometimes they never get one.

Call the AP line (407-560-7277). They can straighten it out for you, add you to the mailing list if you got overlooked, or even send you the current issue.

As others have mentioned, you have to have an activated AP/PAP to qualify. Just having an unactivated voucher won't get you the newsletter.

DH activated his AP in January of this year, and we didn't recieve a Mickey Monitor until mid-August. We have just been reading them online.
