I just got a Universal annual pass last month. I've tried to log in to the AP website the past couple of weeks but every time I try, it never works. I put in the exact numbers on the pass that it says to use on the website. My AP is activated and has been used to get into the parks already. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks for your help! :)

First of all.....WELCOME to the AP World.

I don't usually have problems with the website. Just make sure you are entering the pass # and PIN # correctly.

I was just able to log onto the AP site. :confused3 As Metro said, check to make sure you are entering your AP number and pin correctly.

Bonny

I just tried again and it still doesn't seem to be working. I'm pretty sure that I am entering the correct numbers. The pin # is the shorter number of the two, next to where it says PIN #:, and the passholder ID is the longer number underneath the bar code, is that right? Thanks for your help! :thumbsup2

That sounds right...hmmmmm. If I may ask...what are you trying to find on the site. Maybe one of us who can access it can help that way?

I just thought I would see what the AP website was like. I also wanted to check out the discounts for the hotels. Thanks!

I called the AP hotline today to make an address change and asked why I couldn't get online. She said the AP site has been down for the past few days. She didn't know when it would be back up.
