AP website problem?

Has any AP holders been able to access the passholder website the last couple of days. I've never had a problem getting into the passholder website and since I renew each year my computer remembers my numbers, so I don't even have to type them in. Since yesterday I've not been able to access it. I just pulled out my passes to double check the numbers and everything is the same. (Esp. since renewals don't require a new card). We renewed in January and used our APs in January twice and again in May with no problem. If a fellow passholder could take a few minutes to see if it's the website I would appreciate it. If it's me, I'll give them a call tomorrow. I tried both my pass and my DH's pass. Many thanks!

I'm afraid I can't help. I have the old plastic pass with my picture and I've never been able to get into the passholder section to renew. I usually call and do it over the phone.

I've never been able to renew online either, but I do like checking the passholder website each month to see what the current promotions are. We are heading back in August.

I have the latest mailer with the promos...hang on and I'll see what I can find for you.


OK...here are the summer specials for Preferred and Premier passholders:

June 1-30: Save 25% off at KidZone Pizza Company (Universal Studios) and 2 complimentary CityWalk Party Passes (limit 2 per Passholder per day).

July 1-31: Buy one slush, get one free at select in-park locations and buy one ICEE get one free at CityWalk Coke Icon cart & Hub cart.

August 1-31: 15% off all merchandise at Wossamatta U (Islands of Adventure) and Studio Styles (Universal Studios).

That's about it...I'm afraid.

Just wanted to update you. I did write and asked about this problem of getting into the passholder website. Since I've gotten in for the last 4 years with no problem, I thought it was strange. I was called at home this week and discussed the problem with a rep. He told me just recently they upgraded their server and it's been causing many problems for the passholder site and that I was not alone. He suggested I just keep trying as they continue to work on it. He told me I could try to re-register also (which I've not done). Since both my DH and myself are passholders and we both use to get into the site with no problem, I'm sure it's a technical problem. Since it's my only means to keep up on any specials going on at US/IOA/or CW, I do feel lost. I don't think there are many passholders here on the boards. Other than you guys, I think we are pretty much it. I did tell the rep that I can't rely on info from the mail as the only time I get anything in the mail is right before I need to renew. He was very pleasant as I always have great service when talking to someone in their customer service area. He even wrote me back today to tell me they are still working on the problem. Just wanted to pass the info on in case there is someone else out there having the same problem.
 
n2mm, thanks for the heads-up. I tried logging in, and it said my login was invalid. Hope it's back up and running for us soon. :)

Yep, that's exactly what both of ours say. I even tried to log on to my account and make sure my AP is still listed. It was, but no change.
 
Yea! it's working again. I even logged onto my profile to make sure my AP was still registered and not only is it registered, but all of the information on expiration was correct. Whew! at least I won't miss anything when planning my next visit in August. Now to drop an email to the rep that was helping me last week to update him too.
