AP website access - what am I doing wrong?

Hi guys - I just received my exchange cert. today and am trying to access the passholders section of the wdw website. I put in the numbers hit submit and it just comes back to me with the same log in screen. I'm sure it's something I'm missing, can someone help me? Thanks!


Update -- never mind - when it says TR## it really means TR### because it just wanted the last three digits, not four - thought I was going out of my mind! Thanks anyway!
