I know everyone says to copy your AP's, but I won't have activated ones until after we get to the parks. (I did copy our vouchers. ) How can we copy the newly activated passes if we don't have a copier? Can we just write the numbers down somewhere instead? Would they honor that if they somehow get lost?
TIA

Annual passes are a bit different. I would copy your vouchers, as you did. But, after they are activated if you lose them, they have all the information about you in their data base. All you would need to replace them is to go to guest services at the park with a photo id and they will be replaced at no charge.
Most of the warnings are for regular passes.
