I ordered our Annual Passes about a month ago to take advantage of the great deal on the Premium Annual pass. When it asked me if I wanted to pay to have them shipped, I said no, since I was under the impression that I had to pick them up at Guest Relations anyway. Does that mean they wont send me a voucher? I haven't received one. As long as they will have it in the computer when we get there, it doesn't matter to me. I was just under the impression I would need the voucher.

Thanks!! :goodvibes

You only get vouchers if you pay the fee. Your information is stored in Disney's computer system. You need your DVC membership card and photo IDs for all adults (ages 18 and up) when you go to guest relations to get your actual passes.

Sent from my iPad using DISBoards

Voucher is just a receipt with the confirmation number. You still don't get the pass until you show up at guest services when you get there. Assume they gave you a confirmation number over the phone. Usually you do not even need that because you are in the system once you order and all you should need is driver 's license and DVC member card but take the confirmation number just in case.

Note as to the above, you actually do get that voucher for no extra charge if you were to order the pass on-line and check will call. They send you an email with a link to download it.

I just bought mine by phone last week. They gave me a confirmation number that they said I would need to take to the Guest Relations with my ID and DVC member number to pick up the passes.

They said I could call DVC if I lost the confirmation number.

I won't be going down until May, so I hope I do not have any problems then. The $ has already been processed on my CC!

The confirmation number is usually four letters followed by seven or eight numerals. With that you can go to any Park (or DTD) Ticket or Guest Relations window, with ID and Member Card, and get the actual passes.

I preferred not to have it shipped. That way I don't have to worry about losing it or forgetting it. They said the confirmation # is in my DVC membership record if I forget it.

I had the same question, thanks to those who answered. I have another question though, sorry to hijack this thread. But can you pick up your AP at the resort now?

No. The Resorts have no capability to do anything with with any level of annual pass. (Also nothing with the Armed Forces Salute or the YES Program tickets either.)

Ok thanks for the reply, I thought I read somewhere that you are able to pickup your AP, I guess I read wrong, or someone was misinformed?
