AP/Tables in Wonderland Discount + Chase Disney Card discount?

Can you combine the Disney Visa discount with an annual pass discount and/or Tables in Wonderland at restaurants? I am trying to decide whether upgrading to AP would make sense based on amount we could save with AP discounts, but see the footnote re "cannot be combined with other offers". Any help/advice on this front would be appreciated.

If it makes a difference, we would probably use magic band to charge everything to room and then payoff at the end.

Nope, none of them can be combined. I found most of the restaurants were good about telling me which was better.

I thought you can only get the Disney Visa discount when charging your purchase directly on your Disney Visa...
