AP sponsor form ?

When I purchased my AP's I wasn't given any forms for me to sponsor others

can anyone point me in the right direction of where i can print one out please

Go on disneyland website and change country to france (autres regionnes) so your on the french site. Then one of the drop downs has passport annuel and your looking for parrainage I think

Yep just checked and its definately there and opening up just don't know how to email it to you

hopefully yes. Although I sent an old one to someone once and although the CM wouldnt let them use it they gave them a new one and copied our details onto it so this is an option if needed. Whoever you are sponsoring can also pick one up at the AP office themselves but will need your details- think its name/address/AP no/AP expiry date
