AP Site Question

I have just received my exchange voucher for an AP and I can't seem to figure out what number I am supposed to put in for the last set of numbers. The site says to enter the number at the end, up to 5 digits. But, my voucher has 7 numbers at the end. It is a type 2 exchange voucher and looks like this:

NB004 mm/dd/yyyy WDW:002 Tr: XXX XXXX

Can anyone help?

Try using one of the other voucher types.. I had the same problem. Just find the one that allows for 7 numbers at the end

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately none allow 7 numbers! Guess I'll call tech support.

I had the same issue. For year only enter the last 2 digits, not the full four. For the final space, enter only the 4 digit number. I tried every combination I could with the last space and had no luck. I finally found a post here that said to use only a 2 digit year, and for me that did the trick.

If I did it right, you should enter only the information that I put in Red.

Thanks Dan - It worked as long as I used the first exchange certificate rather than the 2nd!
