I just can't get in to it. I enter the number on the back of my AP and it says it's an invalid number... I don't know what else to do.

I have sent a mail but received no answer. Anyone else having this problem?

Or could someone who also has an AP send me a link to the site??

I have an ap and it has never let me on the site yet,

I have had same prob with SW AP and UNI/IOA AP. I dont think they are set up for UK travellers.
I know SW asks for ZIP code, don't think they can handle post codes.

I don't need to enter a zip code it's just the code that is on the back of the AP

Hi Aruna

My DH had this same problem last night. However, he tried it again a little later on and it let him in - not sure if it was just a glitch on the site, so worth trying again today.

Yes, I find it's an intermittent problem - really frustrating!

I have never been able to log on to any of the AP sites for either Walt Disney, Universal or Seaworld! it can be really frustrating not being kept up to date with any special offers re hotels etc, as we don't get any of the emails cos we don't live in the states!!! I wonder why, its no harder to send an email to the UK than it is to the US!!!! :confused3

Have you checked universal have your email correct. We get them regular, their newsletter, offers and special events for AP holders.

Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't - seems to be a common problem.

Universal & seaworld (use Seaworld's ZIp Code) I have no problem with :)

This is the thing I find so frustrating, it's the only way we can get this information as they don't send out stuff to anywhere but the US. You would think that this would be the whole point of the internet and mail!!

It is possible to get onto the WDW passholders site but it can be a frustrating process! I was only reassured by my US friends telling me they had the same problems. It can also be tricky to work out exactly which of the umbers from the back to put in. One last problem was a privacy service setting that needed to have the WDW site added as one allowed to use cookies.
