I don't know if it's me, but this annual passholder thing is really frustrating. I have bought the pass, I have the number that the rep gave me, she assured me that it was the right number to access the site, and I've been trying all night and cannot even get in. I emailed them but no response yet. Can someone check the site and see if they can get in? I called the reservations center and even though there may be problems, they cannot take the reservations except between 2-5 tomorrow as I read somewhere else on this board. I was so excited earlier today, but now I am personally very disappointed and amazed that a place so well done in most other ways clearly needs better customer service when it comes to their longtime customers. I'm sure it will all be ok but I am going crazy over this whole thing...maybe its all the HALLOWEEN candy! Thanks to you all for letting me vent!!

This works for me and I hope it works for you.

When you get to the place to put in the vouchure information you type in your first and last name. You then select WDW then after WDW on your card you should have 3 numbers put them in the next space then the date example 05 09 05 then put in the last number before the price. I hope this works for you.

If you have any questions feel free to e-mail me at garymerr@comcast.net

I haven't been able to log in at all last night or today! It is so frustrating...IMHO Disney needs a more user friendly website across the board.

I just logged in without at problem. Have you tried the tips for getting on with a voucher number on mousesavers? That is the only way I got mine to work. The voucher number should end up in the login fields looking something like:
ABC 123 MM DD YY 456.

You may have to try flip flopping the 123 and 456 numbers from your voucher until you get it correct. HTH

Thanks for the advice everybody, but I've tried all the options and still nothing. Even this morning, I tried it figuring maybe the site was busy last night. But I still can't get in. I even changed the cookies feature of my computer and lowered the security level, turned off the pop-up blocker, etc. I will have to try and call today I guess. What a pain.

You know what is bizarre - when I flip the numbers around it says that the number isn't in their system. When I flip my name around it says this isn't the correct person for the card. So if it can confirm who I am and the number, why the heck won't it let me in?

I could never get in either. I tried AOL's built-in browser as well as IE, but still no luck. Then my college daughter suggested that I download and try Mozilla Firefox (a browser many colleges suggest because of their security, I think). I have had no trouble getting in using that browser now.

I don't have a link for you, but do a search on Google and I am sure you will find it. It was a long download when we were on dialup, but well worth it. I am sure it would be much faster now with cable.

Good luck! :wave2:

Glory be!! I got in!!

The problem was not with me but with the number the rep gave me over the phone yesterday. I had read the number back to her when she gave it to me but she still gave me the wrong last number - she said 7 but today the rep said no it is a 6. Oh well, I'm just happy I got on and got my reservation after all! Thanks again everybody! :goodvibes

I just got in using Mozilla Firefox. Thanks for the tip. My primary browser is AOL with McAffee security. Have not been able to book a BRP using the website for 4 weeks. I know I am using the correct #'s because I have booked several trips already.
I did see the $49.67 rate before tax for Movies for Jan 27 to Jan 31, but we are going to keep the $109.00 at AKL std room before tax. BRP Rates.
