An AP + Dine booking is considered a package and would follow the package rules ($200 deposit with balance due 45 days prior to arrival). If you want to add dining, that would make it a package. This means your room only would have to be cancelled/refunded and the AP + Dine package booked, requiring payment in full if you're less than 45 days out. Money paid toward a room only ressie cannot be transferred to a package, with the same going from a package to room only.
