AP restaurant discounts

I was looking at the official Disney list (website and brochure) of restaurants that offer the 10% Passholder discount, and it does not have some of the restaurants that All Ears indicates have a 10% discount. Two examples: Raglan Road and Wine Bar George. So, is there an AP discount at these restaurants? Are there restaurants missing from the Disney AP discount page?

Personally I would think that the official Disney page is the most up to date. Years ago that was not the case. But they are much better with timely updates. All Ears is dependent on reader input to a large degree.
