AP Resort Discount Codes

Where can I go to find current AP Resort Discount Codes? The search function is disabled, and I cannot seem to find the info I'm looking for. My husband said he would take me to Disney World for my birthday (Woo-hoo!), and we would be there over Labor Day Weekend. I'm interested now in purchasing an AP, since we are also going in December. Sorry if this is the wrong forum....if you could just point me in the right direction.....

AP discounts are only currently available thorough 8/23/03. The best place to check is mousesavers.com. You could also look on the resorts board, as soon as they come out I'm sure someone will post.

Thanks for your quick reply, DebbieB! As I've never had an AP before, do they generally have resort discounts for the end of August/beginning of September? When might they be posted? I'm very excited about my surprise visit!

According to Mary at Mousesavers (here is the chart I'm referring to http://www.mousesavers.com/faq.html#codechart ) there have been AP rates available at the resorts for Labor Day since she began keeping track.

I really think there will be AP rates available then this year too, just watch Mousesavers or the Disney Resort board. They'll be posted pretty much as soon as they come out

The Mickey Moniter is the AP newsletter that comes out every few months. It usually has all the AP resort discounts listed in it. I'm hoping for a discount in Oct. I just bought my APs in lieu of booking the Fairytale Pkg, in hopes that we'll go back again within a year. I have a few questions of my own- Does your AP have to be activated to fet the Mickey Moniter? Do you think there will be no AP discounts because the Fairytale Pkg is all Disney is going with now? Lastly, do you think this pkg will make the parks super crowded in Oct?
