Renewed, or shall I say tried to renew, our SoCal APs last month. Went thru all the steps and even got a confirmation number at the end. Didn't get our passes in the mail and even got an email from DLR saying our passes expire soon. Seems the transaction never went thru. Thankfully I found out. Just an FYI warning-don't assume. I wouldn't have been too worried except since the SoCal pass is only renewable and if you let it expire you can't renew at that level. I wonder if I showed them the paperwork they would allow it.

The emails/mailers usually come even if you do renew. They aren't suppose to issues new passes when you renew as the passes no longer state the pass type or expiration date on them. I would call the AP Disney line with your passholder card number and your renewal confirmation number before you try to renew online again. Also, did you check your credit card statement to see if the charge went through?

I would log into the Disneyland AP website and it will tell you when your pass is going to expire that way you'll know if your renewal went through.

Not necessarily. When we renewed last time, the website showed our previous expiration date until that date and then rolled over to show the new one. I was concerned too at the time and called and spoke with a CM who told me that's how the new system works. @@ I think like a PP said, the OP should first check if the charge shows up on their credit card.
