AP Registration for DL Half???

I'm anxious to register early for the DL Half when it opens to AP tomorrow. I've looked and looked, but I can't figure out how to get there. The only events showing up are WDW (I have AP for WDW), but have read several times I will have access to early registration.

Any suggestions---or a LINK!!!---very appreciated.
