AP rates vs Dolphin rates

I made ressies today for Dolphin for 12/6/03-12/13/03 for a water view with a balcony overlooking the Boardwalk using the government rate. It is $174 per night plus the $8 per night resort fee which I was told they would not waive. Although we love the Dolphin and think this is a great rate, I would really like to split my stay between WL woods view and AKL savannah view, but for less than $182 per night . Anyone have any idea what AP rates might be or how hard they are to get?
