AP rates out for August

For those waiting they are out. just checked ours this morning for the week of August 19th. Unfortunately or fortunately I guess lol ours is cheaper with the SMSM promo as we want to keep our Deluxe at HRH. Good luck everyone!

Does that mean if I am still looking for my dates for June then there are no ap rates for my dates? I have looked two times a day or the past 10 months!

Oh no...I've been waiting for mid-July...maybe there won't be any APH rates for then...

I'm also waiting for end of June and some of July. Last year some AP rates were released around May 18th which was late also. They were very limited in which rooms.

I'm waiting on July as well and I'm hoping that they will put something out even though they have released some in August.

Does anyone know if this is typical, ie releasing August and then going back?

It seems to depend on their occupancy rates. If they seem to not be filling up, they will offer some deals.

Just booked PBH for 8/19 - 8/22 at 209+tax a night. RPH started at 144 for a standard room so I may change. I am hoping the rate for PBH will actually go down as the only rate at PBH was for bay view. We stayed on site for the first time at PBH last year and really loved it so we are reluctant to switch.
