? AP rates LAST August

I have reservations booked...but want to be prepared just in case AP rates are posted for August (they have been last 2 years, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!)

Just wondering what the % discount is per room for AP during that month. I've heard 40%, but want to verify that...and is it % off the normal "value" rate at that time?

I'm interested specifically in GF concierge and AKL concierge rates. If it's enticing enough...I'll upgrade!
