Ap rates in november?

I am planning a Universal Trip in November of 2013. Are AP rates usually offered in the begining of November and when are the usually released?

If you're looking for a discount, try AAA. This year AP rates stayed the same (right?).

Here is a thread for rates that people got this year. As you can see, quite a few people got the AP rate. If I recall correctly, the AP rates came out in August. Someone will correct me if that is wrong.
