?? AP rates in June? what's typical?

We are looking to book an Epcot resort for our June 2009 trip.
And I am planning on getting an AP.......
what have been typical AP discounts for like the 3rd week of June?
Even if it's just 30% or $100... I think we can swing BW. So I have my fingers crossed!!!
With 3 kids under age 5 we need an Epcot or MK resort.
Will the Contemporary be up and running by summer 2009??
