AP rates for September- GCH

We let DH's AP expire after our last trip in May so we can't check the rates for GCH. Can anyone tell me if the rates are available and if there are any promos going on?
We're looking at:
8/29-9/3
~or~
9/26-10/1

There aren't any special promos listed on the AP site for your dates. They end 8/13.

Here's the info from the AP Hotel Calendar (October isn't available yet).

8/29 - 9/3
8/29 - 9/1 = $320/night
9/2 = $342/night
That's for Standard, View is $45 more/night

9/26 - 10/1
$342/night Standard
+$45/night for View
