AP rates for Dec?

Does anyone know if the AP rates for late Nov/early December are available yet? Especially for Wilderness Lodge and AKL. I don't want to make the long-distance call to find out what they are if they're not available yet

Rumors are that it may be after 7/8, the date the current discounts expire. There is no guarantee there will be AP rates, last year there was but in previous years there wasn't.

Check that site first before you pay for a call, they are usually right on top of the discounts. People will report it on this board too. When I said about no discounts in previous years, I meant October through December.

DW and I have gone to WDW during the early part of December, each year, since 1992. We paid rack room rates, the first couple of years,because we didn't know about room discounts and we had a bad travel agent. For the last eight or so years we have gotten a nice room discount. Last year we used the AP discount, but before that, I don't believe it was offered during Dec.. The other room discounts were special codes or holiday type rates which were pretty much what you would expect from an AP rate. We stayed at the GF the first few years and the WL lately.

We will be at the WL this Dec. 3-10. At the present, we have a DC discount, but will be looking for a better code in a few days or weeks. Even though the AP discount may not be available an equally good one will probably show up.
