I know this question has probably been asked before but I am still a little unsure of the answer. Does Disney still offer AP codes for discounted rooms that you can book over the phone?
Or is the only way to get an AP discount through the best rate program?
We always book our trips at the last minute so I hope disney is still offering phone codes. Thank you!

sorry but the only way to get the AP rate now is thru the BRP online. Which I still don't understand what do you do if you don't have access to the net???? 
I am thinking the only way then would be to go to a TA
