AP Rates Beyond Oct 3?

Are there ever AP rates beyond the October 3rd time frame? If so, when do they come out?

There haven't been AP rates for Oct, Nov and Dec for several years. Start looking around Aug for Oct discounts. If a discount is offered my AP's are ready.
