AP Rate this past January for AKL

We are going in January for the marathon and staying for 3 nights at hopefully the AKL, before we go to OKW.
I have seen were people received standard view at AKL for $109 with the AP rate.
Can anyone give me the Savannah view and conceirge? Is conceirge have standard and savannah?
Okay, just wondering what to budget.....I have $500 for the three nights, but am wondering if I should set back more.
