AP rate question

I was really hoping the rates would have been released by now. I have resies April 25 - May 2. I used a code for the 27th on. If the AP rates come out say a day or two or the day of, could I still change my rate?
I am paying the same rate for the All Stars as I am paying for CBR in July. I was really hoping to have something better by now.

Yes you can. Hope they come out and you get the AP rate. They sure are late.
