AP rate question

I am going to be visiting DL in Sept 2005, and considering getting an AP, but was wondering what the AP rates at the onsite hotels usually are the second last week of September? We will be there Sept 17-24 if that helps. Also, do any of the good neighbor hotels have AP rates??
