AP rate at mod last sept?

Hi,

Does anyone know if there were room only ap rates at the moderates last Sept? Right now I have the Swan at $129 a night plus tax plus self parking fee. And then based on what I have planned for meals and snacks another $1000 plus. We have APs. So I can book POR for the same time frame for $1221 for the room, food and one day base tickets. I am torn on what to do.

If I were you I would probably go ahead and book the package with free dining....looks as if its coming out significantly cheaper than what you have now. It also will save you the agonizing wait for AP rates to be released and the possibility that they might not be.

I have no idea about September AP rates last year, but generally the best AP rate you're going to get on a moderate (if there is one) is $90-$100 per night. I'm guessing the free dining deal will be a better value for you depending on your length of stay and party size.

I did end up booking POR with the free dining and one day base tickets so we will save about $1K and since we just remodeled our basement I can use the $1K in other places. We enjoyed our stat at POR this past November so we will give it another try and free food.

Thanks. That was going to be my next question. We renewed this past Jan and right now only have the certificates do you know if they would apply the cost of the base ticket against what we paid for the APs?
