AP Rate and Golf Carts At Fort Wilderness?

We've got some friends going to WDW next month. Do they need to rent a cart in advance or will they have them there to rent? Also, can you get an AP rate on a campsite?

Yes I would call and rent a Golf Cart
ahead of time.

Yes you can get an AP rate on
campsites but you need to call
as they get snapped up pretty
quick.
