AP questions

I'd like to buy our APs online and then activate the vouchers when we get to WDW. I have a few questions:

1) How long does it take to receive the vouchers by mail? I don't want to order for another week for financial reasons, but I also want to make sure the vouchers aren't still in transit when we have to leave.

2) How late is the DTD Guest Services area open? That would be the easiest way to activate the vouchers, since we'll be there for dinner and to buy my Pal Mickey (since I would get the AP discount for him).

I think DTD guest services is open until 11pm. While I usually get tickets from Disney in 8 to 10 days, I would allow a full 2 weeks in case they are delayed for some reason.

When ordering from Disneyworld.com, they require you to enter your departure date. From there, they will give you shipping options. USPS shipping will only appear if there is enough time for them to be sure the tickets will get to your home. Otherwise, you have to choose Will Call or an Express shipping option.

Guest Relations is open until 11:30 at Downtown Disney. There is one at the Marketplace, located across from the Pin Trading store. There is one on the West Side, across from the Bridge to Pleasure Island. (It's a big tower that says WEST SIDE on the top).
