AP Questions

We are booked May 28-June 5 with AP rate and we have not yet purchased the vouchers. Other than the internet, does the local store have them? Disney store of course. If not, how long will they take in the mail? Thanks. Also, we are getting there at 8pm, so the AP will not be activate yet, is the voucher enough? Thanks again.

When I went to our local Disney store to purchase my APs, they said they did not keep them in the store and that it (perhaps a voucher) would be mailed to me. Since I was leaving in 2 days, that wouldn't work, so I just purchased mine at the gate at WDW. I don't know if all of the store work that way or if that particular store was just out of them or what. Sorry this isn't much help.
I do remember reading that someone checked in without their AP and just showed it the next day after they purchased it at WDW.

If your flying into Orlando airport (MCO) you can get activated annual passes from the World of Disney store in the airport. It would be to risky to order them from a Disney Store if your leaving on May 28. At the airport they will be activated for the day you buy them but you need an activated pass to check-in with. (Some people have used the voucher at check-in with no problems but if the CM wants to see an activated pass you would be running to DTD or a park enterance to do this) I hope this helps.
