Hey everyone,

We are planning on using the DVC discount on AP's for our November trip. It's 11 days, so as long as we plan our 2011 trip within the year, our tickets for the 2011 trip will be practically free :cool1:

My question is this: My DS is 9. He will be 9 when we activate the APs but will turn 10 during the year of the AP.

Does anyone know what the policy is? Do I have to buy a 10+ AP even though he will be 9 when we activate the pass?

TIA for any info.

I hear that Disney upgrades the pass for free if your child turns 10 within the period you have the pass!:thumbsup2

If he is 9 when you buy his AP, he can use it all year. No upgrade needed. When you renew, you will still get the renewal discount but it will be off the adult price.

The first visit when he turns 10 you can jsut go to the park ticket window and they will exchange the child AP to an adult AP for no charge.
