AP Question

I understand the current promotion is buy an annual pass by 3/31/2021 and receive 3 months free. I also understand that the passes are not activated until the first use. My question is - "Is there a deadline by which the passes must be activated in order to take advantage of the offer?" I have read the Terms and Conditions and it does not address this. Also, I have called 2 different UO Ticketing numbers with this question and have received 2 different answers. 1 person said there is no expiration or deadline and the other said you must activate it before 3/31/2021 or it reverts to just a regular annual pass. We are planning to go Dec 2021 but may have to postpone until Mar 2022. Does anyone how this really works? Thanks.

Ask to be connected to guest services. They are the ones who have the control over helping you with purchasing AP questions and any questions there after not the ticket agents.

Ticket agents can sell them to you, but if there are issues they cannot alter or fix anything with the AP. Guest services can.

When I purchased my APs in September of 2020 (with 3 months free) I was told the countdown starts December 2021. If I don't start using the AP by then the 15 month clock would start on the passes. Not sure if policies have changed since September.

I emailed Guest Services and received a response which says that as long as you buy the passes by 3/31/2021with the 15 month duration, you will keep the 15 month benefit regards of when you activate the pass. I printed it to take with us in December.

I reached out to Universal on FB and they messaged me back saying that you have a year from purchase date to activate the pass.
