Does anyone know if there is a Guest Relations Window to purchase a DVC Annual pass at the Magic Kingdom entrance or if you need to go to the TTC? If so, does it open an hour before the park? Thanks for the help.

Yes there is a Guest Relations at the MK entrance. It's to the right of the turnstiles.

I have read that the resorts can now issue AP's, can anyone confirm?
