I am new to checking rates online and would like some help. Two adults, 1 child- trying to price out BC from 4/20-4/28 with and w/o dining plan. I have a ressie for WL with my AP discount and the total is right around $2200 with dining- seems like a fantastic price for 7 nights, deluxe hotel and food for 2 adults/1 child. I tried to quote BC and it is giving me a quote of $5100 with dining and $4300 without. My question is is this accurate? Or are there no rooms with AP discounts during my dates? Can any math nerds give me a rough idea on how much BC would be with the 45% off AP rate? I would keep checking back in if I knew the cost would be less expensive. TIA for your help- I am seriously getting a headache trying to figure all of this out but really would have loved to try BC if it was anywhere near WL's ballpark.

Usually when you try to book a discount online, if there's no availability using that discount it will say "no available rooms under this current offer" if you try to search a resort specifically.
I don't have access to the Annual Passholder site anymore, because my AP expired 3 days ago.:sad1: but this is my best estimate for Beach Club costs with a 45% off discount for your dates.

Through my own calculations I'm getting $2544.54... even if you calculate in tax, that's nowhere close to what you're getting.

I also priced your dates through the General Public discount that is going on right now. Just a pool/water view room would be $2592. (no Dining added, because the General Public has to add tickets to add the Dining Plan)

The only explanation I can think of is that for some reason why you price the Beach Club its coming back with either no availability, or only availability in the really high priced rooms. This is strange to me, because usually Annual Passholder discounts have BETTER availability than the general public ones. I suppose it's possible that all the availability is gone, but that's a bit strange to me.

The only way I price out numbers similar to yours is with a Beach Club 1BR Suite at Rack Rate.

Check again, or call Disney and see what they say. If all else fails you could book with the General Public discount, and just not get the Dining Plan. You could get the Tables in Wonderland card instead.

I priced out all the deluxe resorts last week for 2 adults, 6 nights, with dining (at the AP 45% off rate) and got Beach Club for $1966.38 for the cheapest room type. That means it would have been a hair under $2300 for 7 nights, plus whatever child dining is, which I think is around $100 for 7 nights.

Maybe the cheapest room type is all booked and so it's only offering you the more expensive room types? I had that happen with a few different resorts, CR was club level only, WL was only woods view and up.
